Hello, friends! I meant to post my pink and white spring tablescape I did for Easter, but I was reminded that it’s still Pentecost, so really I’m not that late, right? And this tablescape could be a springboard idea for Mother’s Day tablescape ideas as well. It was a fun one to create, and aside from the bunny place cards and the little chicks, it would work all spring.
I always start with one thing to determine my color scheme and this time it was this ruffle pink runner from Home Goods.
Then I added some washi tape I already had to some glass jars for the centerpieces.
I used white florals since they would pop on the pink runner.
I threw in some tea plates from Magnolia Market and small cake stand from Target I already had to add in some pink and patterns.
I used the silver chargers and gray placemats to set off my white dishes from the white tablecloth.
And I couldn’t resist these little chicks at World Market.
And then last-minute (like the day before, haha), I found the fun pink gingham napkins from Pottery Barn. It was like there were meant for my table!
And they also had the pewter bunny place card holders, which aren’t available anymore, but maybe they will be back next year. I also saw these cute place cards that would be perfect for Mother’s Day or summer.
My daughter was all about the bunnies…
Love the way it all came together!
Although I love decorating a pretty table, it’s all about the meaningful time with family and the food, too. We used some Danielle Walker recipes from her Celebrations cookbook, they are such a great combo of healthy and delicious! And I also put together a scripture eggs activity that I got from Kelly at Tattered Pew. It’s a great activity for all ages to go through some Easter scripture.
